Landry's satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
Bike fitting, product sizing, and color choices
Bikes: We suggest that you visit Landry's store and get a bike-fitting before ordering a bike — which will guarantee your satisfaction with the bike's sizing. Contact Landry's local store to schedule your bike fitting.
Clothing, Shoes, and Components: Before you place an order, refer to the sizing chart available with many item descriptions — including various components, cycling clothing, and shoes — to determine the correct size.
Color choices and availability: In some cases, website images may not match the actual color choices of products shown. Please contact us if you are unsure about color choice or availability for a particular product.

- As indicated on our web catalog, most bicycles are for sale and pickup only at Landry's local bike stores — and not available for shipping.
- Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.
- Landry's Gift Cards ship free via USPS.
- For items that are in stock in our store locations, orders usually ship in 1–3 business days.
- For items that are available from our warehouse, orders usually ship in 1–2 weeks.
- Sorry, we do not ship outside of the continental United States.
Most in-stock orders will be ready within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or e-mail you when your order is ready for pickup at Landry's store.
If you need an item right away, we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Backorders and out-of-stock items
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order. We will notify you of any availability issues on your order before charging your account.
Returns: web purchases
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us online, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back to us. You can ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail from Patrick Geden in Landry's office (Mon–Fri 10:00–4:00 Eastern Time): 508.655.1990 x239, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns: store purchases
For in-store purchases, Landry's will accept returns of any unused item with its original packaging within 30 days of purchase:
- All refunds on returns require a cash register receipt.*
- Credit card purchases will normally be refunded to the same card.
- Cash purchases up to $50 will be refunded in cash.
- Other refunds will be paid by check and mailed from our office.
- Returns of special orders (for items that we normally do not stock) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% plus actual freight costs incurred.
- Landry's Gift Cards are good for store credit at all our locations, but they are not redeemable for cash.

* If you do not have a receipt, we will gladly look up a copy in our system. Even if your name did not appear on the original receipt, we may be able to find it with added details such as date or time of purchase.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
