Join us for a ride sometime. Landry's Group Rides are a great way to stay in shape, train for an upcoming event, and meet new friends. See our ride descriptions and details below.

General Info

  • All Landry's Group Rides are FREE of charge. Join us for the fun, and spread the word!
  • Registration is required for all participants (once per year).  Register now.
  • Bring your bike (in good working condition), helmet (required), spare tube, water, and flat-repair tools. See our list of recommended equipment for longer and better rides.
  • Road bikes are recommended for on-road group rides.
  • Please arrive early to set up your bike before the ride.
  • For group ride guidelines, see Rules of the Road for cycling.
  • Steady rain or thunderstorm will cancel a scheduled ride.

LANDRY'S / BOSTON Group Rides

BOSTON Road Ride: Wednesday nights.  Season start date: May 1, 2019. Weekly ride through mid-September, meeting at 5:40pm, sponsored by Landry's Boston store. Weekly, moderate-paced, on-road group ride with focus on making new friends. Ride meets at Landry's Boston store. Organized by Green Line Velo.

LANDRY'S / BRAINTREE Group Rides

BRAINTREE Road Ride: Saturday mornings.  Season start date: May 11, 2019. Ride starts 7:00am from the Braintree store. Weekly on-road group rides through September 7, suitable for drop-handlebar road bikes, usually with different pace groups, no drop, 2 hours.

LANDRY'S / NATICK Group Rides

NATICK Women's Road Ride: Tuesday nights.  Season start date: May 14, 2019. Ride starts at 6:00pm from the Natick store, through August. Weekly, moderate-paced (no drop) on-road group rides for women in spring and summer. Meet at Landry's Natick store.

NATICK MTB Ride: Tuesday nights.  Season start date:  May 7, 2019. Weekly off-road, mountain-bike group rides, variable levels. Meet 6:00pm at Chickering Fields, 123 Dedham St., Dover, MA 02030, for a ride around Hale Reservation. 

NATICK Road Ride: Wednesday nights.  Season start date: May 8, 2019. Ride starts at 6:00pm from the Natick store, through September. Weekly, moderate-paced, on-road group rides in spring and summer, approx 20 miles. Meet at Landry's Natick store.

LANDRY'S / NEWTON Group Rides

NEWTON Road Ride: Saturday mornings.  Season start date: May 11, 2019. Ride starts at 8:00am from the Newton store, May through mid-September. Weekly on-road group rides in spring and summer. Pace is 16-17 mph through Dover and other areas. Meet at Landry's Newton store.

NEWTON Road Ride: Wednesday Nights.  Season start date: May 15, 2019. Ride meets at 5:15pm at the Newton store, May through mid-September. Weekly on-road group rides in spring and summer, 25-30 mile Dover loop. Pace: "A" Group 17-18 mph, "B" Group 15-16 mph. No Drop: Each group will have a leader and sweep keeping everyone together. Presented by Team Kermit. Meet at Landry's Newton store: 5:15pm gathering, 5:30pm sharp rollout.

NEWTON Women's Road Ride: Thursday Nights.  Season start date: July 18, 2019. Ride starts at 6:30pm at the Newton store, through mid-September. Weekly on-road group rides for summer, 17-mile loop, 15 mph pace, designed for novice/moderate riders looking to get more comfortable in a group ride setting. Meet at Landry's Newton store: 6:15pm gathering, 6:30pm sharp rollout.

NEWTON MTB Ride: Sunday mornings.  Season start date: July 14, 2019. Weekly off-road, mountain-bike group rides in Culter Park. Meet at 9:15am at PTC parking lot (across from Coca-Cola Company) on Kendrick Street in Needham. Ride starts at 9:30am, through mid-September. Cross-country, fat bike, or trail/mtn bike is recommended.

LANDRY'S / NORWOOD Group Rides

NORWOOD MTB Ride: Wednesday nights.  Season start date: April 17, 2019. Weekly off-road, mountain-bike group rides, through early September. Meet 5:45pm at Adams Farm in Walpole. (We will start with a warm-up lap and pass the parking lot again around 6:15pm if anyone wants to join the ride later.) Intermediate skill level. Rides will last 1.5–2.0 hours with water breaks and skills sessions, so bring lights. Cross-country, fat bike, or trail/mtn bike is recommended.

NORWOOD Road Ride: Saturday mornings.  Season start date: May 11, 2019. Weekly on-road group rides, through early September. The ride offers different routes and paces, suitable for drop-handlebar road bikes: spicy 18-20, medium 16-18, or milder 12-14 mph. Meet at Landry's Norwood store at 6:45am. Ride starts at 7:00am.

NORWOOD Women's Road Ride: Sunday mornings. Season start date: June 2, 2019. Weekly, moderate-paced (no drop) on-road group rides for women in spring and summer (through late August), suitable for drop-handlebar road bikes. Ride starts at 9:30am sharp from the Norwood store; arrive early to set up. We will ride for 1.5 hours with at least two no-drop pace groups depending on turnout.

LANDRY'S / WESTBORO Group Rides

WESTBORO MTB Group Ride: Tuesday nights.  Season start date: TBD 2019, depends on trail conditions. Weekly off-road, mountain-bike group rides, variable levels (no drop). Meet 5:45pm, location will vary (check Facebook for updates). Cross-country, fat bike, or trail/mtn bike is recommended.

WESTBORO Road Ride: Saturday mornings.  Season start date: April 13, 2019. Weekly on-road group rides through September (weather depending), with different routes and pace groups available, suitable for drop-handlebar road bikes. Average pace is 15 mph for 20–30 miles. Ride starts at 7:00am from the shop, with experienced ride leaders from Minuteman Road Club.

LANDRY'S / WORCESTER Group Rides

WORCESTER Casual Road Ride: Wednesday nights.  Season start date: May 1, 2019. Ride starts 6:00pm from the Worcester store. Arrive 15 minutes early for safety talk. This ride is all about fun, fitness, and friends! We ride together in a group where no one gets left behind. We will follow a 20-mile route. Riders will do best on a traditional drop-bar road bike. Helmets and a flat tire kit required, with daytime flashing lights encouraged.

WORCESTER Hybrid Ride: Wednesday nights.  Season start date: May 1, 2019. Weekly, casual-paced, group rides suitable for flat-bar hybrid or mountain bikes. Ride starts promptly at 6:30pm at Landry's Worcester store. Arrive 15 minutes early to set up your bike. This ride is our fun way of getting together to ride bikes, and we will go along an easy-paced, 10-mile route with 3 stops on the way. Whether it is your first ride, still learning, or just love bikes you will have a great time on this ride. Helmets are required, llashing lights encouraged, and feel free to leave the spandex at home.

These rides depart from Landry's Worcester store with ample parking and bathrooms.
