Based in our Natick facility, Landry's bike-assembly technicians skillfully build bikes to support all our store locations, and they often provide tech support at local community events that we sponsor, including various charity rides on weekends. Their dedication, passion for bicycling, and expert skills are representative of Landry's teamwork throughout our whole company.
Gabriel Arroyo started working at Landry's in 1999, and he leads our Assembly Team. "My team is a really devoted team," says Gabriel. "They come to work every day, and they've got passion and the energy to build bikes — and to build a dream. Every time we build a bike, we're building a dream for somebody."
Landry's Assembly Team builds new bikes to support sales in our local stores. Customers' bikes are all serviced locally by Landry's Mechanical Team in each store.
Landry's is one of a few bike shops in the country with a dedicated Bike-Assembly Team, which we started more than 20 years ago to focus on building the best bikes in the business — from kids bikes to the latest technology in road, mountain, and electric-assist bikes. For example, with more and more bikes now equipped with disc brakes, the team recently custom-built a special machine to bed-in disc brake pads to ensure that our customers experience optimal riding and braking performance on these bikes.
With professional and exacting quality standards, Landry's bikes are built for top performance and many years of riding.
