Landry's continues to serve our communities

Landry’s is a critical part of our region’s bicycle transportation system, and our goods and bike-repair services are essential for healthy and safe-distance transportation during the COVID-19 virus outbreak. Please review our safety protocols listed below, including locked store doors to control customer access.

Landry's stores are OPEN for curbside pickups and dropoffs

We are taking action to help prevent the spread of coronavirus in our communities and keep everyone safe: 

  • We are following strict safety and social-distancing protocols at all our stores. (See below for more info.)
  • We are providing curbside dropoff/pickup for bicycle repairs and service at our stores.
  • We are advising customers to shop with us virtually via e-commerce, phone, and e-mail. We offer home shipping or curbside store pickups for pre-paid online/phone orders.
  • Test rides are no longer available for new-bike sales. We can advise you in advance on bike-purchasing questions by chat, e-mail, or phone.
  • Bicycle fittings and rental services have been cancelled at all our stores. Bicycle repair services are still available.
  • We have locked our store doors to limit customer access during the COVID-19 outbreak. Only curbside pickup and dropoff service is currently available at our stores.
  • When you visit the store, please follow guidance on the front door for shopping, order pickups, and bike-service dropoffs.
  • Please check Landry's homepage for current updates on our store pickup/dropoff hours.

Message to our customers about COVID-19

Dear Landry's Customers and Friends:  
 
Your health and safety are our first priority.  As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact communities, we want to share some of the steps we are taking to help protect you and our employees during your visit to our store.

We will post future updates here and also on our homepage.


Landry's safety actions

We are taking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take:

  • Landry's staff has increased the frequency and rigor of store cleaning, taking extra care to wipe down surfaces like door handles, faucets, countertops, keyboards, touch screens, and bicycle handlebars and grips. We are also monitoring all stores to ensure they are stocked with the appropriate cleaning supplies. 
  • We are advising our staff to wash hands frequently, not shake hands with others, and practice social distancing to help them stay healthy. Friendly waves and smiles are still okay! 
  • We are also providing daily updates for our staff so they can keep themselves and their families safe. We’re requiring sick team members to stay home, and we have extended our paid sick-time policy to accommodate employees who are sick or need to take care of sick family members.

This is a dynamic situation, and we will continue to respond appropriately as new information is made available. Please contact your local Landry's store team if you have any questions or concerns.

Additional community-safety actions

  • Bicycle fittings and rental services have been cancelled at all our stores. Bicycle repair services are still available.
  • Test rides are no longer available for new-bike sales. We can advise you in advance on bike-purchasing questions by chat, e-mail, or phone.
  • Landry's Used-Bike Consignment Sale events (scheduled for Spring 2020) have been cancelled. We hope to reschedule these popular annual events later, so stay tuned.
  • Landry's Group Rides have been cancelled until further notice.

If you choose to minimize your time at a retail setting, please remember:

  • You can always shop on LANDRYS.COM for home delivery or free in-store pickup. 
  • If you choose to place an order online or over the phone, we will provide curbside pickup of your order. Just call our store when you arrive and we retrieve your order. 

We are here to serve your cycling needs however you prefer.

We want your love of bicycling to be an opportunity to escape during potentially stressful times. We encourage you to take a break and go ride your bike.
