Lactate Threshold is one of the most important physiological benchmarks for successful athletic training. Sports science research has proven that training within one's lactate threshold determined training zones is the most effective and efficient way of improving one's athletic ability.

The one-hour compreshensive test is conducted in a professional, personal, and minimally invasive manner with a certified coach and certified fit technician.
Every athlete whether beginner or advanced will benefit from a Lactate Threshold test:
Participants must bring their own cycling shoes and pedals. Please also wear your normal riding apparel for an optimal testing experience. Allow one hour for testing.

- Determine your true maximum heart rate and power output on the bike and the run.
- Recieve a basic fit by a Landry's certified fit technician.
