Women utilize their power more efficiently with a bike designed specifically for the female shape.  Bike manufacturers have incorporated features specifically for women such as a shorter reach to the handlebar, closer brake levers, and a saddle specific to a woman’s contour.

Also available are bikes with a lower top tube so that a woman can step on and off more easily, a great feature for anyone with a restrictive range of hip/leg motion too.
