Stay in shape this winter with Indoor Cycling Classes at Landry's stores, and get ready for next year's cycling season.
These weekly classes will benefit cyclists of all disciplines — including road, triathlon, cyclocross, and mountain biking.

WINTER 2014: January 8 – March 12 (ten weeks)
Landry's Boston store will host indoor cycling classes by E3 Training Solutions on Wednesday nights, 6:30–7:30pm. This program is designed to build a strong foundation for the upcoming cycling season, improve your power output, and increase your cycling speed.
Participants must bring trainer, bike, mat, and heart-rate monitor or power meter to class.
WINTER 2014: January 11 – March 8
Landry's Westboro store will host indoor cycling classes led by Mark Klimaszewski from PowerCycle on Saturday mornings, 8:30–10:00am. This program is designed to build a strong foundation for the upcoming cycling season. The class is 80 minutes long including warm up and cool down.
Participants must bring your bike*. Heart-rate monitor and cadence meter helpful but not mandatory.
Registration and payment required. Class fee is $10 per session, but your first class is free so you can feel for the class. Contact Landry's Westboro store to register or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
